Refund policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
If one of our plug-ins is not right for you, ask within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you.
How to ask
- Email oddnoteaudio@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number (it is on your receipt and in your account).
- You do not need to explain why. If something did not work, telling us helps us fix it, but it is never a condition of a refund.
What happens next
- We refund the full price you paid to the original payment method. Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, issues the refund, and your bank or card company decides how quickly it appears, usually within a few business days.
- When the refund is processed, the licence key for that order stops working and its computers are released. Plug-ins that were already activated stop opening at their next licence check, and your projects and presets are not affected.
- We will confirm by email when we have issued it.
After 30 days
We look at each request on its own merits and may still help, for example if the plug-in has a fault we cannot fix. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix things faster, and a dispute that is upheld also ends the licence for that order.
Beta access
Beta versions are provided free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you later buy the plug-in, this policy applies to that purchase.
